The nation’s largest energy efficiency consulting firm, CLEAResult wanted to host a signature event that brings together the industry’s brightest minds. Where else to ring in this annual client event than the company’s headquarters and the live music capital of the world?

The goal: establish a unique identity and supporting collateral for the Roundup (as it affectionately became known) that complements CLEAResult’s corporate brand. From the microsite to the email invites to the program books, we created a look that’s friendly, professional and decidedly Austin.

Program book: the details

A local vendor helped us source a mom-and-pop shop to side-sew our program books using CLEAResult’s primary brand color, red. CRANE’S LETTRA, the interior paper stock, is 100% tree-free, environmentally-responsible, and stunning.

Digital: the details

One of the biggest challenges of the microsite was the agenda page and its four concurrent tracks. Thanks to its interactive accordion functionality and strong use of color, it suddenly became less overwhelming and more visually interesting.

A last-minute addition before the first email invites dropped, this Austin-centric page featured plenty of ways to experience the city like a local.
